In this role, you have the opportunity to support the IGT Warranty Core Team (CT) led by an Integral Project Manager (IPM) assigned to deliver on the ambitions described in the Project Charter. The project teams are globally and in the Netherlands. Your focus areas are split into project coordination as well as being a change agent at the Gemba.


On the Project Coordination tasks include: Supporting the CT in Warranty by building and driving the warranty daily management, Organizing and executing Daily Management meetings across the E2E value chain, Leading daily meetings and coordinating actions and escalations coming out of these.


On the Change Agent side: By being in all DM meetings you will get to influence and lead change at the GEMBA, which is spread across multiple cultures and continents and spans the entire idea2market process.


You will work across Business, Market, and Functions to facilitate process improvements and coordinate actions between Daily Managements E2E.


You are responsible for:

  • Supporting the Core team and Integral Project Manager to deliver on the project assignment
  • Setting up and maintaining the DM actions, escalations, and follow up till resolution
  • Working with various DM teams in key market North America to coordinate actions and follow up
  • Assisting with the identification of project risks and maintaining the project risk register.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Deliver on assigned project tasks within agreed-upon time, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Being a single point of contact for all Key Market DM Escalations towards upstream stakeholders.
  • Working with business teams to bring an outside-in view from the CVCM team
  • Working with market teams (in assigned markets) to influence and drive a flawless customer experience in the warranty period
  • Preparing input for assigned DMs
  • Preparing reports specifically regarding progress information and highlighting risks;
  • Ensuring project adheres to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards and policies


You are a part of the IGTS PMO Quality Improvement Office (QIO). The objective of the QIO is to support cross-functional and E2E drive around integral quality that enables flawless customer experience for our IGT systems that bring Image Guided Therapy innovations to the market. The QIO sets the standard for E2E Quality Improvements, their KPI´s and processes, as well as the daily management cadences that go along with it. The QIO team consists of project managers, Customer Value Chain Managers, application and data analysts and specialists for project management processes.


The PMO QIO is led by the QIO leader, who reports into the PMO leader. The PMO team is tasked to successfully bring new product innovations to the market. This includes product development, validation, regulatory approvals, commercial launch, production ramp up, service introduction, and breakthrough transformations.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • You can handle multiple priorities (switch between roles) and work well under stress
  • Highly organized in managing time and coordinating various activities simultaneously
  • Acute understanding of, and exposure to, diverse cultures with proven ability to maneuver complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Bachelor level of thinking, Problem Solving affinity, knowledge of project management methods, techniques, and tools.
  • Solid stakeholder management and ability to connect at all tiers of the organization while leading change at the front lines @ the Gemba
  • Solid knowledge of the processes indicated at the "you are responsible for" section, is essential.
  • Proven Experience projects support and process (or similar complex projects)
  • 3 years of experience in applying project management and coordination specifically in planning & tracking to be demonstrated by a successful track record.
  • Conceptual understanding of different project management methodologies such as (Scaled) Agile, Scrum, incremental waterfall, Lean applied in a project environment.
  • Quality mindset: sound knowledge of project management documentation practices and ability to drive process improvements.
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic team player who can drive actions, eager, ambitious, and self-propelling.
  • Flexibility and positive attitude towards change is important to ensure we can continuously improve our performance.
  • Delivers reliable and accurately on assigned tasks and ability to chase project team members on their commitment by giving constructive feedback and guidance
  • Be able to provide solutions in a challenging & complex environment.
  • Preference is for Native English speaker with strong communication skills.
