Contract: Permanent at a Randstad company

Hours/week: 40

Budget range: €5.000 - 6.500 per month

In this exciting position with growth opportunity, the candidate will be working as Deployment leader for one of Philips Supply chain transformations. Program Beyond has as goal to implement an E2E planning tool together with the company O9. He will be leading two workstreams in one of the lead deployment business IGT-S (Image guided therapy systems). The focus of your are will be demand planning and implementation/change management. He will have a critical role in this important program for Philips Integrated supply chain. He will closely work together with the Demand and Supply management team.

The candidate are part of the Supply chain team in the Integrated Supply Chain. You report to the IBP leader and are based in Best.

You will be responsible for:

  • Contribute to the blue print design

  • Preparing training program and change management for deployment

  • Supporting and replacing the global demand planner in the program

  • Coordinating data cleansing of the orderbook

  • Report on progress in of the different workstreams

  • Work closely together with the central program team and O9 on requirements

  • Define use cases for system integration testing and User acceptance testing

  • You clearly outline the expected project deliverables and project interdependencies

  • You build partnerships with the program’s stakeholders and leverage them to achieve the goals

  • Join supplier business review meetings to discuss supply chain related topics

  • Project management


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant Master / Bachelor (Supply chain management, Operations, Business )

  • At least 10 years of working experience in Supply Chain with a proven track record in Project / Program management

  • Experience in Demand /Supply planning

  • O9 experience or other planning tool implementation

  • Experience with LEAN / SCRUM deployment projects

  • Autonomous self-starter.

  • Ability to connect with all layers in the organization.

  • Written and verbal communication skills: English (Dutch preferred)

  • Energetic, responsive team player who takes initiatives

  • Courage, authenticity and learning agility
