The role:

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Verification IT Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will help enable faster software development cycles and speed-to-market through build and deployment automation. You will play a key role in maintaining the IT systems used by development teams and ensuring the high quality and security of our development infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

  • Document and analyze test system configurations.

  • Manage IT systems in the verification labs used by development teams.

  • Test and apply security updates on IT platforms.

  • Maintain and update hardware and software platforms supporting development teams.

  • Provide necessary platform services and tools to facilitate the software development process.

  • Understand and manage cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS-based virtual machines.

  • Perform IT platform testing for application performance and operational stability.

  • Track relevant IT platform updates and integrate them into the development environment.

  • Execute datacenter operations tasks, including rack, stack, and cabling activities.

  • Develop methods to help DevOps teams speed up the software development life cycle.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve IT platform issues.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

  • 5–10 years of experience as an IT support engineer.

  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, and networking.

  • Experience with maintaining system configurations, deployment tools, and datacenter operations.

  • Ability to support DevOps engineers with strong system knowledge and issue resolution.

  • Familiarity with cloud services, especially AWS.
