In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Be part of the global Change Management Practice, one of five Philips Excellence Practices within Business Transformation, working closely with the global Change Practitioners, reporting into the global Change Management Practice Lead. The Change Management Master plays a key role in increasing the Change Management maturity level across the organization by 1) connecting with the community and providing guidance to global Program (Change) Managers for key transformation programs, 2) working with Philips University to organize learning opportunities and 3) ensuring the Philips Change Management methodology is up to date and to a high standard.
You are responsible for:
- Effective change management on transformation programs (50% of time):
o Assess change maturity level and areas for improvement;
o Support program/change manager to:
 Effectively position Change Mgt in program
 Build a structured Change Mgt approach
 Co-facilitate Change Mgt workshops
 Review change efforts & adoption incl recommended interventions
o Hands-on change mgt support for important initiatives
- Increase Change Mgt competency for selected audience by:
o Working with Philips University
o Connecting with Change Sponsors
o Maintaining the curriculum
o Delivering training courses and certifying new internal trainers
- Support in establishing an active Community of Practice:
o Knowledge & content management
o Best practices & lessons learned.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
This position requires a strong, hands-on personality with excellent facilitation skills and a minimum of 10 years change management experience within multinational(s) and fast changing environments. Somebody who has a natural tendency to team up and work with dedication and passion.Other profile criteria:
 Proven record in managing large-scale transformations / adoption / transition;
 Able to create powerful change strategy for transformations that will deliver short term results as
well as build sustainable performance;
 Strong ability to influence and work with stakeholders at all levels;
 Experience in project management / business transformation / consultancy;
 Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills;
 Ability to challenge whilst coaching and guiding to be more change effective;
 Fluent in English is a must, other languages are an advantage.
 Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10% of your time).

Grade Level = 80
Target Rate = € 111,00
32 hours/week

This position is also permanent role. Length of the assignment depends on start date of the permanent hire.
