Job Description
Join us as a Technologist Manufacturing Processes at Philips Innovation Engineering, playing a vital role in our growth. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality. You will participate in multi-disciplinary projects, implementing new technologies and ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Designing and developing new manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Analyzing and optimizing existing processes to enhance performance, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality.
Implementing and maintaining process control strategies to ensure that manufacturing operations run smoothly and meet quality standards.
Working with multi-disciplinary technical teams to implement new technologies and processes, ensuring seamless integration into existing or new systems.
Evaluating and recommending new equipment and technology to enhance manufacturing operations and stay competitive in the industry.
You're the Right Fit If You Have:
MSc or PhD degree or equivalent in Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a manufacturing process technologist/developer.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address fundamental issues based on unique knowledge in the professional field.
Experience with process optimization and control strategies.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Expertise in at least one of the domains – medical equipment or manufacturing systems.
Experience with regulations for developing medical devices and equipment.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and/or work at the customer location (internationally and in Europe).
Advantages:
