Job Description

Join us as a Technologist Manufacturing Processes at Philips Innovation Engineering, playing a vital role in our growth. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality. You will participate in multi-disciplinary projects, implementing new technologies and ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.


Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Designing and developing new manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.

  • Analyzing and optimizing existing processes to enhance performance, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality.

  • Implementing and maintaining process control strategies to ensure that manufacturing operations run smoothly and meet quality standards.

  • Working with multi-disciplinary technical teams to implement new technologies and processes, ensuring seamless integration into existing or new systems.

  • Evaluating and recommending new equipment and technology to enhance manufacturing operations and stay competitive in the industry.



You're the Right Fit If You Have:
  • MSc or PhD degree or equivalent in Engineering.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a manufacturing process technologist/developer.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address fundamental issues based on unique knowledge in the professional field.

  • Experience with process optimization and control strategies.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Expertise in at least one of the domains – medical equipment or manufacturing systems.

  • Experience with regulations for developing medical devices and equipment.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% and/or work at the customer location (internationally and in Europe).



Advantages:
