Technical Project Leader

Your Role
As a Technical Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role in scoping, defining, and steering high-impact projects involving complex hardware systems and professional equipment. These projects often involve cross-disciplinary teams and require both technical depth and stakeholder management finesse.
Your Key Responsibilities
Develop and align a committed project management plan with customers and internal stakeholders
Translate high-level needs into concrete deliverables, ensuring medical compliance (ISO13485, FDA)
Define and build effective project teams with the right competences
Provide clear leadership and daily operational guidance to your team
Manage external partners for design and manufacturing as needed
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies early on
Monitor progress, safeguard quality, and implement improvements when necessary
Proactively communicate with customers, suppliers, senior management, and the team
What You Bring
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related), with at least 5 years of experience in electronic equipment development
Proven track record in project management of multidisciplinary R&D teams
Familiarity with ISO13485, Medical Device Directive, and/or FDA compliance
Hands-on experience with PCBA design and manufacturing
Comfortable with navigating ambiguous project scopes and shaping them into concrete plans
Strong interest in connected products and technologies (4G/5G certification knowledge is a plus)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Team-oriented mindset and a customer-focused approach
