Your Role

As a Technical Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role in scoping, defining, and steering high-impact projects involving complex hardware systems and professional equipment. These projects often involve cross-disciplinary teams and require both technical depth and stakeholder management finesse.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and align a committed project management plan with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Translate high-level needs into concrete deliverables, ensuring medical compliance (ISO13485, FDA)

  • Define and build effective project teams with the right competences

  • Provide clear leadership and daily operational guidance to your team

  • Manage external partners for design and manufacturing as needed

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies early on

  • Monitor progress, safeguard quality, and implement improvements when necessary

  • Proactively communicate with customers, suppliers, senior management, and the team


What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related), with at least 5 years of experience in electronic equipment development

  • Proven track record in project management of multidisciplinary R&D teams

  • Familiarity with ISO13485, Medical Device Directive, and/or FDA compliance

  • Hands-on experience with PCBA design and manufacturing

  • Comfortable with navigating ambiguous project scopes and shaping them into concrete plans

  • Strong interest in connected products and technologies (4G/5G certification knowledge is a plus)

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Team-oriented mindset and a customer-focused approach
