Sr Quality Engineer - Test Method Validation (Randstad Contingent Worker)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Review (and remediate) the Test Method Validation process and records to identify and address compliance gaps. Applicants should have a minimum BS Degree + 5 years experience with Test Method Validation. Position is IGTD focused.
You will be responsible for:
Primary focus is on review (and remediation where necessary) of our Test Method Validation process and records. Other responsibilities may include:
• Responsible for leading quality engineering activities like: designing quality plans, overseeing the execution of quality plans, assessing complex product designs and reviewing test and other complex performance data, analyses market feedback, lead complex root cause analysis and complex problem solving.
• May also provide other quality engineering support, including assisting organizational units in leading resolution of quality engineering deficiencies.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
5+ years of Test Method Validation (minimum)
Medical Device Industry experience
Test Method Remediation experience
21 CFR required
Gauge R&R/Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) required
Demonstrated knowledge of basic quality statistics required (eg: CpK, PpK, D.O.E., etc).
Demonstrated experience with Minitab statistical analysis software
BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering (or BS Degree in similar field).
