Service Innovation Engineer (Contract)

Salary range: €4.000,- to €6.000,- per month
In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Make life better! In this role, you challenge the continuous improvement processes and quality priorities of our Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGTS). You will act as a project lead for innovation initiatives, ensuring service compliance towards regulatory authorities while raising the quality standards of our service deliverables.

You will be responsible for:
Supporting CAPA investigations and performing service engineering for corrections and corrective actions.
Analyzing service processes and execution compliance, including the analysis of work orders and machine data from global markets.
Creating and updating SI Engineer deliverables within the Quality Management System (QMS) to raise service quality standards.
Taking ownership as a Project Lead for continuous improvement initiatives and representing Service Innovation within the Customer Service project portfolio.
Integrating multi-disciplinary approaches to develop robust solutions for technical challenges under general supervision.
Representing the service organization in the product development process to secure and improve the serviceability of released products.
Investigating newly designed products and providing recommendations to enhance component serviceability.
Overseeing small-scale innovation projects, coordinating activities, and applying technical expertise to drive process innovation.
Communicating alerts to facilitate prompt service delivery and diagnostics for the connected installed base.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Electronics, Data Engineering, Software, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Mechatronics (with an emphasis on E&SW).
Strong Project Leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to lead improvement initiatives.
Self-propelling and analytic mindset, with a strong focus on quality and organizational sensitivity.
Process improvement skills and the ability to navigate complex technical domains.
Excellent communication skills; you are a team player who can collaborate across functions.
High level of English proficiency; Dutch language skills are considered a strong plus.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of 3 days per week at the office in Best.
