Senior Electrical Designer (Contract)
Location: Eindhoven, High Tech Campus, Netherlands
Duration Assignment: 12 months (with possible extension)
Contract: via a Randstad company
Hours/week: 40
Salary range: €5.000,- €7.500,- per month
In this role, you will have the opportunity to challenge the position of Senior Electrical Designer by driving innovation in the high precision mechatronics and medical equipment domains. You will play a crucial role in the architecture and design of cutting-edge electrical systems.

You will be responsible for:
Developing the electrical architecture of medical products and systems.
Specifying, designing, and documenting electrical systems for mechatronic equipment.
Leading the electrical team within specific multidisciplinary projects.
Ensuring compliance with electrical guidelines for healthcare equipment, such as IEC-60601 and ISO 13485.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
A Master's or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
At least 15 years of work experience, with 10 years in a high-tech environment.
Profound knowledge of motion control solutions and electrical drive train technology.
Strong leadership skills to steer and supervise detailed design work.
Experience in the medical equipment, industrial automation, or high precision mechatronics domains.
Familiarity with CE, EMC, and UL regulations, particularly in developing medical devices.
Ability to work according to the V model, defining requirements, and supervising testing processes.
A team-oriented approach with the ability to lead multidisciplinary projects.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and work at the customer's location.
