CMF Engineer / Technology Specialist Support (32 hours per week)

We are seeking a Color, Material & Finishing (CMF) Engineer / Technology Specialist (Grade 60) to support ongoing and upcoming projects requiring strong expertise in color, material, and finishing (CMF) development. The role is part-time, and based primarily in Eindhoven, with occasional travel to Amsterdam and Drachten.

Activities

• Develop and execute CMF concepts, including hands-on CMF prototyping to support industrialization

• Conduct CMF technology scouting

• Manage CMF suppliers, including supplier assessments and supplier scouting

• Coordinate operational material requests

• Support material development and CMF-driven innovation initiatives

• Support multiple project teams with CMF-related technology developments

• Ensure alignment between design intent, technical feasibility, and production readiness

• Philips experience strongly preferred, particularly within the Mother and Child Care domain, to enable fast onboarding and effective cross-team collaboration
