Job Description - 

  • Supports the flow of value through teams, 

  • Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and Solution Trains using Kanban boards and information radiators, ensuring smooth and efficient progress.

  • Identifies risks, dependencies, and conflicts within the Agile environment, escalating and tracking impediments in collaboration with Software Leaders to ensure timely resolution and minimize disruptions. 

  • Participates in change efforts actively, and establishes influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, cultivating effective working connections, working under general supervision.

  •  Ensures transparency by effectively communicating project status updates to all stakeholders, including Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Lean Portfolio Managers (LPMs), fostering a culture of openness. 

  • Communicates with agile teams frequently, providing coaching in Agile methodologies to enhance team performance and setting examples for continuous learning and adaptation within the Agile environment. Supports collaboration between teams, System & Solution Architects, Engineering, Marketing, and Quality & Regulatory (Q&R) departments by advocating for and promoting Agile practices such as continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps. 

  • Provides support in Sprint/Program Increment (PI) Planning readiness by facilitating the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, and actively participates in pre- and post-PI Planning meetings to ensure alignment and clarity. 

  • Collaborates with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and organizational leaders to ensure strategic alignment and tracks execution through feature and capability execution monitoring, contributing to the overall success of initiatives.

  • Utilizes data-driven insights and customer knowledge to inform Agile practices and aids in decision-making processes, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with business objectives and user needs.

  •  Develops a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic principles, theories, and concepts, initiating process improvement activities that are data-driven and demonstrably effective in enhancing overall flow, efficiency, and value delivery.

  • Minimum required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management OR Vocational Education in Project Management or equivalent. 

  • Minimum required Experience: No prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Software Development, Agile Project Management or equivalent. 

  • Minimum required Certification: Certified Scrum Master Preferred Education: N/A Preferred Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as SCRUM Master and minimum 6 years of experience in Software Development Preferred Certification: N/A Preferred Skills: Continuous Improvement Stakeholder Management Risk Management Business Acumen People Management Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Scrum Methodology Agile Methodology Project Management Tools DevOps Project Management SAFe Principles Change Management Troubleshooting.
