Your Role:

Lead key initiatives within a high-impact transformation program focused on elevating Quality, Compliance, and quality processes to enhance the customer experience. By strengthening agility and end-to-end integration across the organization, you will help us better serve our customers and drive superior quality outcomes.

This transformation journey is both exciting and demanding. You will play a pivotal role in driving fundamental change in quality processes, culture, and ways of working within our IGTS business.

The dedicated Quality Team of Image Guided Therapy Systems. In this role, you will report directly to the IGT Systems Quality Transformation Leader, working alongside a team passionate about driving healthcare innovation forward.

You are responsible for:

  • Successfully executing Quality and Compliance projects across IGT Systems, focusing on improving quality processes and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Leading projects across the business unit by collaborating with Management Teams, Site Leaders, Deployment Leads, and execution teams.

  • Co-managing the Quality strategy, program roadmap, resources, and budget. You will establish robust governance structures using key PM tools (Risk Management Plans, PM Plans, Schedules, Resource Plans, Daily Management, RACIs).

  • Navigating complex organizational structures to manage stakeholders with conflicting priorities and deliver alignment.

  • Tracking progress and delivering clear, concise reports to various leadership levels within the organization.

  • Directing employees and providing both technical and organizational guidance, bridging communication between corporate and local business units.

  • Ensuring transformation and continuous improvement projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed scope by working closely with process and initiative owners.

Skills and experience required to perform this role:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required (Master’s degree preferred) with minimum of 5 years of related experience in quality, strategy, operations, or a complex business environment.

  • Proven experience in the medical device industry with a solid understanding of Legal Manufacturers and Quality Management Systems.

  • Strong industry-standard PM knowledge (PMBOK, MS Project) alongside expertise in continuous improvement, lean methodologies, and structured problem-solving.

  • Demonstrated change management skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional, virtual, and multicultural teams in a global matrix organization.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex tactical data into strategic insights for stakeholders at all levels.

  • A proactive self-starter who can operate seamlessly at both a strategic and tactical level, with a passion for training, coaching, and motivating others.
