BPE Sales Transformation in M&A will play a pivotal role to secure standard sales processes design for newly acquired companies under M&A umbrella.
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Define, Design:
- Responsible for defining an end-to-end sales process that represents requirements from the business, sales team, countries, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead sales process design with newly acquired companies
- Identify business process requirements and translate it into sales process change design
- Perform process change impact assessment based on the gap analysis between Philips and newly acquired company.
- Transform and standardize sales processes based on the agreed compliance requirements, business requirements, and the underpinning IT applications.
- Identify and implement relevant process performance metrics, KPI's and compliance controls.
- Build:
- As Business process consultant works closely with the IT Business Architects, Scrum Masters, and SME?s to ensure the process design is accurately reflected in the IT solutions.
- Participates in IT solution development projects in the following tasks: providing clear business objectives and specific business requirements for required process design
- Contributing to the high-level project planning, managing different working groups
- Participates as a key player in the software validation process that include automation of quality system related processes.
- Develops testing scenarios as part of UAT and validation (as appropriate) to ensure the system (process/tool/training) can be executed by a representative user without needing extraordinary measures to accomplish the task.
- Deploy:
- Together with Project Manager and Product Owner leads change management, business go-live readiness, and process deployment readiness
- Support other Process Experts, Subject Matter Expert/Key User Communities of Practice in their respective domain, ensuring people competencies/capabilities are in place to execute the standard process in their process domain.
- Support monitoring of the process during deployment particularly as part of initial pilots to ensure all elements of the design work as expected and incorporate feedback into the process/tool and training design before mass deployment.
- Continuous improvement & Knowledge Network/Management:
- Actively shares knowledge and best practices , provides training and process presentations to the business and sales teams. Develops playbooks content.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Sales Business Process design and transformation
- Sales Process Performance & adoption management
- Solid understanding of Sales Processes and limitations and can articulate those to others
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills is a must
- Good knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Project Management
- Presentation skills
- Proven ability to be a strong, independent, yet collaborative process owner who can manage a complex business/program environment with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment, mobilizing teams to a focused outcome
- Ability to mitigate risk, and manage adversity to keep the project on track / ensure positive outcomes
This position is preferably based in Philips HTC Campus, Eindhoven, Netherlands, supported by a blend of remote and office-based work.
