Senior Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a proven track record in leading and delivering complex multidisciplinary projects within the healthcare (technology) domain. In this role you will lead innovation projects, post-launch modifications or quality improvements.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, one who is adept at navigating the intricacies of both Philips and the healthcare industry and possesses a strong background in driving innovation from the front-end to market introduction for medical devices or its corresponding applications.
Your role:
• As a Senior Project Manager in Innovation Engineering, you are responsible for setting up successful delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects across Philips Businesses and Functions.
• You will leverage your expertise in project management and your understanding of the healthcare quality and regulatory standards, you will drive cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient execution of projects that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• The projects that you will lead span across a range of disciplines such as software, hardware, supply management, IFU development, supply chain management, norm and regulatory approval, industrialization and submission for approval by notified bodies. industrialization services. The projects are related to medical devices or applications and require strong focus on quality, safety and QMS adherence.
• You are part of the Innovation Project Management department, a group of approximately 30 senior project managers with a broad set of project management competences.
You're the right fit if you have:
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
• Proven success in leading complex projects in international, corporate environment.
• Experience quality improvement activities (CAPA’s).
• Extensive project management experience.
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations, compliance, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Data driven mindset, ability to turn data into insights and structure information to present to leadership.

Minimum Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management or equivalent.
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, Project and Program Management or equivalent.
