Project Manager Mechatronics & Manufacturing Systems

Duration Assignment: 12 months (with possible extension)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

In this role, you challenge yourself as a Project Manager Mechatronics & Manufacturing Systems by leading innovative mechatronics system development projects in collaboration with Philips Innovation Engineering. You will define project scopes, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive innovation in professional equipment development.

You will be responsible for:

• Spearheading groundbreaking projects in collaboration with Philips Innovation Engineering.

• Defining project scopes and leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Driving innovation in professional equipment development.

• Team building, risk management, stakeholder communication, and performance evaluation.

• Developing project management plans, mentoring project teams, and ensuring successful delivery while adhering to medical compliance standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• A master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, physics, or other relevant technical fields.

• Strong technical skills in project management, with experience leading and managing innovative technical projects.

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in mechatronics or manufacturing systems development.

• PMP/PMI certification and at least a Lean Green Belt certification are strong advantages.

• Excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
