Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform low to medium complexity quality engineering and quality assurance tasks in a timely manner

  • Support and maintain manufacturing quality systems

  • Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities within the factory

  • Support PFMEA assessments and evaluate impacts related to design or process changes

  • Contribute to manufacturing process development and design transfer activities

  • Participate in risk assessments, operations monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), and Purchasing teams

  • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities using quality engineering tools

  • Execute process validation protocols and support validation builds

  • Perform data analysis for reporting, validation, and process improvement initiatives

  • Investigate nonconformances (NC), perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)

  • Support management of Quality Notifications (QN) and track effectiveness of corrective actions

  • Conduct manufacturing process audits to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards

  • Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to monitor and improve production processes

  • Proactively identify deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent defects

Requirements:

  • Education:

    High School Diploma / Vocational Education / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Science, or equivalent

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in Quality, Safety, or Process Engineering

      OR

    • No prior experience required with a Bachelor’s Degree
