Starting in 2012, the Philips Real Estate strategy has been to bring the Philips Innovation Campus in Best to modern standards and make it fit for the future being a major R&D and Industrial hub. As part of this strategy the transformation of the MR office building (QR) is about to start.
Starting point is “Open and Connected”:
•   One MR, working in one state of the art building

As project leader, you play a key role in the planning and execution of this transformation. Based on a set of defined KPI you will report into the housing steering comittee

Your Responsibilities
•   Work with departments/groups to define the housing requirements for MR
•   Work with the architect and real estate to detail the floor layout plans and further detail the related transformation/building plans and activities
•   Define and execute communication and change management plan for all relevant stakeholders
•   Manage the cultural change as part of the transformation
•   Monitor the constructing work and provide guidance where and when needed
•   Planning of all MR related activities
•   Determine required resources (manpower, equipment, budget, etc.)
•   Manage changes within the budget
•   Monitor and report on progress of activities and ensure deadlines will be met
•   Manage team responsible for 6S activities
   
Your Profile
•   Proven experience as construction project leader
•   Understands construction procedures and material and project management principles
•   Excellent organizational and time-management skills
•   Able to work under pressure to meet project time lines
•   Perfect command of both written and spoken English
