Role: Project Management Officer:

Overview: The Project Support Officer ensures the successful execution of the Mother & Child Care and Women’s Health innovation programs. Key responsibilities include project initiation, milestone tracking, compliance with project management procedures, and data analysis for project KPIs. This role also supports financial performance and provides expert support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project and Program Management:

  • Initiate and maintain project definitions.

  • Ensure milestone and gate compliance.

  • Manage data in Clarity, Accolade, and Planisware.

  • Lead selected launch projects and oversee project portfolios.

  • Support project managers in system usage and conduct KPI reporting and analysis.

Procure to Pay Process:

  • Manage data in SAP and Ariba.

  • Align process improvements with the central team.

  • Provide guidance and training, and resolve issues in PO creation and invoicing.

Finance & Administration Support:

  • Facilitate Month End Closure and Resource Management meetings.

  • Provide data inputs and analysis for financial KPIs.

  • Conduct business intelligence deep dives and prepare compliance reports.

  • Support WBSO project documentation and R&D forecasts.

General Responsibilities:

  • Act as an ambassador for project management methods (e.g., Agile).

  • Propose and implement IT system improvements for LEAN operational excellence.

  • Communicate planning and reporting process improvements to central teams.

Your Profile:

  • HBO Bachelor's degree in business administration, business analytics, or a related field with 2-3 years in project/program support and data management, including financial and procurement aspects.

  • Experience in project management in product development.

  • Experience in global stakeholder management.

Competencies

  • Proficiency in data management and workflow systems.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Mandarin is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of problem-solving methods and project management.

  • Familiarity with PMBOK or other project management frameworks.
