Repair Operations Manager (m/f/d)



Environment:


Operational management of the assigned repair partner from implementation thru ongoing performance to goals. This will include but not limited to process development, improvement, delivery, quality, material planning and reporting.


Prioritizes and drive performance improvements that will have substantial impact on the business results and on delivering operational excellence to customers, by challenging the status quo, coaching, and embedding a mindset of continuous improvement to achieve performance excellence.


Manage day to day operations between Philips and the Supplier, mostly 2 main vendors. Due transformation period, this function is new at Best for EMEA region and reporting directly to Vandana Raman. The candidate should act with enterprise mindset, having solid experience and senior leadership. In the driving seat, communication at director level and working together with an analytics team. Depending on the business, expect the hybrid working model might not full executable.

Requirements:


- Bachelor?s degree in Engineering related field, MBA preferred


- ideally minimum of 7 years of related experience in manufacturing and repair


- Strong Manufacturing Engineering background


- Lean Management; Experience with Value Stream mapping, problem Solving


- Strong business acumen


- SAP Knowledge


- Ability to travel up to 25%


- automotive or aviation background helpful


- English a must, dutch not a need (candidate from European region an idea)
