• Description of the work package:
Compile existing info on customer needs, personae descriptions and Philips CV portfolio to build an integrated, comprehensive and up-to-date view
• Identify customer personae to target within the markets (to be validated with markets)
Define / refine overall CV brand story aimed at identified target customer personae (to be validated with markets and businesses)
Define key benefit areas delivered by CV portfolio to target customers to build the CV benefit framework (to be validated with businesses and markets)
Identify and compile existing CV solutions that can act as lighthouse stories (across businesses) to populate the benefit framework
Identify proof points for the shortlisted solutions along a common framework (e.g. quadruple aim) by working with business marketing teams
Define global activation plan and resourcing requirements
• Competencies (for grade 60/70): Marketing strategy profile / Cardiology experience preferred
3-5 years of marketing strategy / field marketing / marketing content development experience, preferably at a top-tier firm
Independent worker that owns and drives analysis work streams, guided by the Solution space team
Can compile information from multiple sources, understand customer needs and build a coherent marketing story that resonates with customer needs
Result oriented and action oriented
Good to have:
• Past experience of working with Philips CV related businesses (e.g. IGT, CV-US, PM, CVIS, …)
Deep knowledge of health systems/ medical experience not needed
Start date: August 27th 2018
Duration: 2-3 months, might be longer if needed.
Location; Amsterdam or Eindhoven. Cambridge could be an option too.
Level: JG60/70 - therefore max rate preferable around 80 EUR.
