Senior Project Manager - Global Service Transformation

As part of our Project Management Office you will lead key global initiatives delivering transformational change to the organisations, processes, systems and data that drive our multi-billion euro services business.

Your role:

• Project manage the design and build of strategic, global, services capabilities (including processes, tools, competencies and data)

  
  

• Collaborate closely with our Business Process Experts, Project Management Office, businesses, regions and supporting functions (including IT development teams and Quality & Regulatory teams)

  
  

• Grow your project and program management skills in a complex and challenging environment working with large multidisciplinary (and often virtual) teams, while taking advantage of the support offered by our extensive project management community, frameworks and tools

  
  

You're the right fit if:

• You have a minimum of 5 years project management experience, preferably in cross-functional multidisciplinary projects. Experience managing projects in a regulated healthcare environment is a plus

  
  

• You can bring exemplary organizational skills to manage and motivate global project teams through complexity and ambiguity

  
  

• You have a Bachelors degree and professional project management certification

  
  

• You have experience managing transformational projects in the market to order process domain including commercial portfolio management, catalog management and configure/price/quote (CPQ) [preferred but not essential]

  
  

3 days a week in the office in Best.
