Job Description


In this role, you have the opportunity to support a Project Core Team (CT) led by an Integral Project Manager (IPM) assigned to deliver on the project ambitions described in the Project Charter. The project teams are both in India and the Netherlands. Your focus areas are: Project planning & tracking, project financials (budget / expenditure), purchase orders, project administration, document control and project reporting, with the objective to deliver within scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

You are responsible for:
o   Supporting the Core team and Integral Project Manager to deliver on the project assignment within scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives;
o   Setting up and maintaining the project planning in Clarity (Planning & Tracking tool), driving the allocation process in close collaboration with resource managers, identifying deviations and initiate corrective actions;
o   Tracking the project expenditures in QlikView, to identify deviations and to prepare corrective actions with the involved team members.
o   Preparing reports specifically regarding progress information as planning, financials and risks;
o   Setting up and maintaining the project Design History File and Device Master Record by tracking documents, to ensure that the electronic document archive (Windchill) is up to date, reliable and consistent;
o   Planning and executing parts of the project such as engineering change requests, field change orders and country specific labeling;
o   Submitting and tracking purchase requisitions/orders. Tracking the project expenditures, identifying deviations and initiating corrective actions where needed;
o   Initiating and actively supporting improvements in the area of responsibility. Sharing and implementing best practices within the project team and with the program support office.

You are a part of the IGTS Program Management Team(PMO)
The objective of the PSO is to support cross-functional IGT systems PMO projects that bring Image Guided Therapy innovations to the market. The PSO sets the standard for project management tools, reporting templates, KPI’s and processes. The PMO team is tasked to successfully bring new product innovations to the market. This includes product development, validation, regulatory approvals, commercial launch, production ramp up and service introduction.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
o   Bachelor level of thinking, technical affinity, knowledge of project management methods, techniques and tools;
o   Solid knowledge of the processes indicated at the “you are responsible for” section, is essential.
o   Proven Experience in managing and supporting IGT system projects (or similar complex medical system projects)
o   ?3 years of experience in applying project management methodologies specifically in planning & tracking to be demonstrated by a successful track record;
o   Conceptual understanding of different project management methodologies such as (Scaled) Agile, Scrum, incremental waterfall, Lean applied in a project environment.
o   Quality mindset: sound knowledge of project management documentation practices and ability to drive process improvements;
o   Dynamic and enthusiastic team player who can drive actions, eager, ambitious and self-propelling;
o   Flexibility and positive attitude towards change is important to ensure we can continuously improve our performance.
o   Delivers reliable and accurately on assigned tasks and ability to chase project team members on their commitment by giving constructive feedback and guidance;
o   Be able to provide solutions in a challenging & complex environment;
o   Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
