Why is this role business critical? This role is a RSE for Proactive Monitoring who works on cases created from Monitoring tools which are potential issues at customer site. Not handling them on time can lead to potential customer downtime scenarios Why is this role critical now/ why cant it be delayed? Proactive Monitoring teams has SLA committed for the cases created for customer issues reported out of Monitoring tools. Missing SLAs on these cases can lead customer dissatisfaction, downtime at hospitals and potential Patient care issues. What is the impact if we do not approve? Delays in handling the issues reported out of Proactive Monitoring which leads to SLA not being met. What is the Return on Investment/ will the headcount pay itself back within 1 year? It is a non revenue gerating role. Having said that the role indirectly contributes as we will be able to meet out SLAs on proactive cases, fixing issues before customer is able to identify and report and avoiding downtime scenarios and penalties for the time site/hospital was down.
