Job Overview
The Document Control and Training Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining quality system documents and records, ensuring efficient document control processes, and administering training programs.
Key duties include:
Document and Record Management:
Collect and maintain documents and records at the latest revision level.
Distribute current documents to appropriate users and remove obsolete documentation.
Maintain the document management system for fast retrieval of documents and records.
Control issuance of document numbers and maintain document registers.
Training Administration:
Support local QMS training administrators.
Administer global learning assignments using standardized training processes.
Create, manage, and maintain global standardized roles in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Business Process Ownership (BPO) / Subject Matter Expert (SME):
Lead Document Control processes and tools within scope.
Support authors and process owners/SMEs in defining and producing lean Quality System documents and records.
Ensure the quality of content in documentation and records and establish and manage document review processes.
Ensure the availability and publishing of controlled documents.
Qualifications and Experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Quality Management, or a related field with Certification in Document Control, Quality Management Systems (QMS), or related areas is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document control, quality management, or a related field.
Experience with document management systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Proven experience in a Business Process Ownership (BPO) or Subject Matter Expert (SME) role.
Experience in creating, managing, and maintaining quality system documents and records.
