We're looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining and improving our product quality and operational efficiency. You'll use your expertise in quality engineering and continuous improvement to handle a variety of tasks and collaborate with different teams to ensure the highest standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Defect and Non-Conformance Management: Analyze defects, manage Non-Conformances (NC) and Quality Notifications (QN), and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

  • Process Development & Transfer: Help assess the impact of design changes on Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA). You'll also support manufacturing process development and product transfer activities.

  • Operational Support: Monitor factory performance, conduct risk assessments, and lead improvement programs. This includes supporting analytical testing and our Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), and Purchasing teams.

  • Process Validation & Improvement: Coordinate quality assurance tasks, ensure our manufacturing quality systems are maintained, and assist with New Product Introduction (NPI). You'll also be responsible for executing process validation protocols and driving continuous process improvements.

  • Strategic Initiatives: Identify and execute transformative process enhancement opportunities. You will apply advanced statistical analysis to interpret complex data and resolve medium to high-complexity issues.

  • Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare detailed quality metrics and reports for key stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. You'll collaborate with suppliers, R&D, and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues across the supply chain.


Education Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Science, or equivalent vocational education.
