Budget Range: 3100 - 4000 Euro per maand
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Make life better!In this role, you challenge yourself as a Consumer Care Specialist by driving in-market feedback, conducting root cause analysis, and managing corrective actions to enhance consumer experiences for Philips' innovative products.

You will be responsible for:
Driving and reporting in-market feedback and post-market surveillance, including providing insights to innovation teams and marketing.
Conducting root cause analysis and managing corrective actions for improvements in web content, FAQs, call center training, and data.
Deep diving into ratings and reviews, conducting impact analysis, and deriving actionable insights from project learnings.
Supporting consumer complaint handling by ensuring solutions are executed promptly.
Collaborating with Marketing on the end-to-end consumer experience journey.
Preparing and executing consumer care touchpoints (call center, web, etc.) for superior consumer experiences.
Ensuring call center readiness for product launches by preparing training materials, bulletins, scripts, and more.
Monitoring FAQ and business feedback effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.
Staying updated on consumer care and social listening trends while developing a strong global connection.
Collaborating with product research teams, leveraging consumer care insights.
Driving innovation, strategy, and continuous improvement within the team.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Expertise in big data analysis and social listening tools.
Ability to translate technical product information into effective call center training materials.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Strong stakeholder management, listening, influencing, and consulting skills.
