As a consultant, you will help realize Philips' ambitious goals, focusing on implementing world-class innovation practices. You will collaborate closely with Philips' businesses and functions. You are AI-proficient and use data and AI to enrich your consulting work and develop new tools for our team. You will work in a hybrid model from the Philips office on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven.
As a Consultant, you will be the engine driving strategic innovation projects. Your work includes:
Innovation Projects: Participating in projects focused on innovation strategy, portfolio management, value proposition development, and creating business cases for new and existing product lines.
In-Depth Analysis: Conducting detailed assessments of MedTech trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
Strategic Advice: Generating actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and enhance innovation effectiveness.
Project Management: Collaborating with project leaders to develop plans and budgets, and providing clear reports to stakeholders.
Networking: Establishing and maintaining an operational network to support your involved projects and areas.
Team Support: Contributing to internal processes and the development of the consulting organization.
You are the right candidate if you bring the following:
Education & Experience: A Master’s degree (preferably in innovation, biomedical science, or a related discipline) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in complex projects aimed at improving innovation outcomes.
Domain Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of the broader innovation domain, including Design Thinking, Innovation Strategy, Product Marketing, innovation culture, and capability.
Client Focus: Proven experience in directly working with and advising clients.
Mindset: You have a collaborative and fast learner mindset, eager to pick up and apply new approaches and tools to solve complex problems.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data & analytics, and visualization tools.
Comfortable using AI tools and preferably able to apply them in real workflows or business problems.
Knowledge of the Dutch language (verbal and written) is preferred.
