To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have the Following Skills & Experience

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in a technical field, preferably Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics with Several years of hands-on engineering experience within an automated, high-volume production environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and continuous improvement frameworks (Six Sigma is a plus).

  • A unique blend of sharp analytical skills and a practical, "hands-on" mentality—the ability to translate data into actionable shop-floor improvements.
