For the Digital Cognitive Diagnostics venture we are looking for a UX Designer
You are responsible for creating pixel perfect designs based on wireframes created by the concept team. You communicate these designs to the development team in India and support them in understand and improving the design specifications. After development you are responsible for verification and acceptance of the development output according to the corresponding design specifications. We are looking for an accurate UX designer who will take ownership of this part of the development pipeline.
Required Expertise and skills
• Bachelor degree / Diploma or higher in related fields such as Design and Human Computer Interaction.
• 5-10 years of experience working in tech-related companies and environments.
• A portfolio that will exhibit high caliber work and multi-platform projects.
• Extensive experience with Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure RP, Flinto.
• Strong analytical, creative and visual skills.
• Understand web and app technologies that compliment UI design, e.g. responsive designs
• Collaborate with developers to develop and refine application screen layouts while optimizing usability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborative team player
• Self-Motivated, pro-active thinker
Preferred Experience and skills
• Experienced in Agile methodologies.
• Experienced in working with UI developers.
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, and collaborative environment
