QA Project Management Contractor - Technical Writer / Validation Engineer (PMO Projects)

Primary Role Function:

• This core responsibilities of this role is to identify, draft, and perform AM&D QA PMO verification and validation testing to support .

• This includes, plans, protocols, reports, and engineering summaries, and IQ/OQ/PQ’s. Engineering background is as the resource might be engaged in execution of Test Method Validation and support technical feasibility / mechanical testing if needed.

• This resource may also support execution of other day to day activities such as complaint burndown plans, performing complaint evaluations, data trending, generation of white papers, and SOP/WI generation or updates (including routing in document control system).

• Support project teams by creating and executing technical writing, validation deliverables, and test execution per Philips AM&D policies and procedures.

Background and Experience:

• Experience – 2-5 Years of Experience in Medical Device, Pharma, and/or SW System Technical Writing, Validation, Good Documentation Practices, Change Control, etc.

• Skills – Preferred skillset or experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM Systems, Arena PLM or similar Document/Change Control System. Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point, Project). Jira / Confluence for program tracking.

• Education – Technical or Scientific Background Preferred.
