You will be responsible for:

Maintenance is about the improvement of products, processes, and machinery of the Production Unit (PU) in yields, efficiency, quality and logistics performance, making a guaranteed stable production possible.

Maintenance Engineer is responsible for Planning, Scheduling and Executing different maintenance and process activities. Also, to perform troubleshooting activities within a factory. This means the way in which physical assets perform together with the method of setting and adjusting the processes.

This position is more focusing on the repairs itself. Making sure that we have a documented repair process, maintenance schedules, etc.

  • Development of Repair processes and procedures, and training on each

  • Maintenance and training records requirements and compliance

  • Equipment repairs as needed

  • Incoming Inspection procedure

  • Problem solving related to daily repair issues at the 3rd party in Poland.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

You'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • BS in Engineering or equivalent Mfg Engineering experience

  • Strong engineering skills to translate specifications into repair procedures

  • Program management skills to build and deliver a long-term plan

  • Training skills to train a 3rd Party on complex technical procedures

  • Organizational skills to drive procedures for designing and delivering compliant equipment, and training thru process documentation


As a person you need to be/have:

  • Self starter

  • Able to operate independently.

  • Good communicator, verbally and in writing

  • Hands on attitude, especially making Quality decisions based on facts

  • Good problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution identification skills

  • Experience in Mfg or Repair of complex electro-mechanical products
