Maintenance Reliability Engineer (Contract)
Location: Drachten, Netherlands
Duration Assignment: 12 months (with possible extension)
Contract: via a Randstad company
Hours/week: 40
Budget range: Between 3200,- t/m 4800,-
In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Make life better!In this role, you challenge yourself as a Maintenance Reliability Engineer by optimizing the production of Philips shavers through high-tech, complex production processes. You’ll work in a dynamic, innovative environment where production and technicians operate in 5 shifts — this role concerns day shift only.

You will be responsible for:
Acting as the knowledge carrier in the field of SAP.
Focusing on long-term asset performance, risk, and costs (1–2 years).
Performing data analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on performance killers and cost drivers.
Conducting RCAs on major disruptions and implementing corrective measures.
Continuously improving installations and maintenance strategies.
Planning and coordinating various projects related to equipment, maintenance, and processes.
Training maintenance personnel in methods and applications.
Supporting maintenance technicians (day shift).
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Education: Completed technical HBO education.
Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) and knowledge of the English language.
Knowledge of and insight into Lean Manufacturing and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is a plus.
Experience with SAP.
