"Seeking for strategy development & change program manager to support PIC-E North (located in Best) Site Leader to deliver upon his/her "change orchestration" role:
In line with the ambitions of the whole of PIC-E, develop together with the local leaders a strategy to strengthen PIC-E North's capabilities as a hotspot for innovation and excellence, fostering collaboration between the resident businesses and functions, strengthening the site assets and attractiveness. Moreover, strengthen synergies in PIC-E and the connection of PIC-E to the local ecosystem. Building on its strengths, PIC-E North will take the next steps in fulfilling our customers needs and becoming an attractive place to work, to innovate and to delight visiting customers."
Your challenge
You are responsible for leading strategy development (in co-creation with Site resident leaders) and creating the identified change deliverables to drive adoption and a sustainable change, preferable using the standard Philips change management methodology.
You will be working closely with the Site Leader, Communication Manager, HR Manager, leaders in businesses/functions and over time the program core team, functional capability teams/workstreams, etc.
Your responsibilities
As part of the program:
-Lead the co-creation of the strategy and ambition, development and execution of the integrated change mgt approach:
-Create, maintain and drive the strategy and transformation/program change management plan
-Execute on the communications plan and keep up to date (or collaborating with the comms mgr)
-Drive the change materials, co-create with businesses and functions
-Team-up with the workstreams to drive the change mgt deliverables
-Support in activating the networks and workstreams
-Support in measuring the adoption of the transformation/new ways of working
-Drive set-up of behavioral interventions / team dialogues to bring people along on the journey
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- 10+years working in strategy development and change mgt, organizational design, or transformation programs.
- Experience in leading change on large scale transformational global programs incl applying change mgt methodologies and tools.
- Experience in setting direction and managing (change) teams.
- Advanced presentation, facilitation skills, excellent communication skills across all audiences, ability to speak with authority and clarity to deliver impact.
- Honed influencing skills across all levels of organization.
- Cross-cultural and interpersonal skills to navigate a global context and coach others on effective interactions.
- Fluent in English is a must, other languages are an advantage.
