Description of the work package:
Conduct market assessment of RE business (equipment and parts) today including size, growth, key trends, customer needs and competitive landscape
Conduct baseline analysis of our current starting point across businesses and markets
Develop and assess different scenarios / opportunities for Philips - Build financial model to make choices on where Philips should play (which modalities, RE businesses, customers etc.) and how (direct channel, partnership)
1 FTE focused on US and Europe and based out of Amsterdam; 1 FTE focused on Asia (primarily, China and India), and based out of Shanghai
• Competencies for both FTEs:
Typical experienced consultant profile – 2-4 years of experience, team member/senior consultant profile (experienced in research, financial modeling and stakeholder interviews)
Independent worker who can own and drive analyses, guided by the Group Strategy leadership team
Conducts high quality, meaningful, evidence-based business analyses; can structure/synthesize information and present this in a compelling way in PowerPoint charts/ slides
Builds and communicates actionable strategy recommendations
Ideally has experience/knowledge of refurbishment/repair/recycling market in healthtech of other industries, but not a must
1 FTE with experience working in US or Europe, 1 FTE with experience working in China
