•  Description of the work package:
  Analyze and develop profitable growth opportunities for the Philips’ Kitchen Appliances business in India
  Review analysis done so far and understand
⁻  Competition landscape
⁻  Commercial aspects of the business, e.g. brand positioning, channels, portfolio mix, marketing levers
⁻  Organizational structure
⁻  Local manufacturing footprint
⁻  Local acquisition and synergies with core business
  Synthesize input and help prepare a read-out to senior management on how to grow the bottom line at a higher pace while maintaining growth rate
  Help in creating opportunity roadmap and high-level implementation planning
•  Candidate profile
  Typical experienced consultant profile – 3-5 years of experience, can independently handle several different topics in parallel and has experience in driving 2-3 work streams with multiple stakeholders
  Conducts high quality, meaningful, evidence-based business analyses; can structure/synthesize information and present this in a compelling way in PowerPoint charts/ slides
  Builds and communicates actionable strategy recommendations;
•  Preferred knowledge / experience
  Experience / knowledge of retail / home appliance businesses

Seniority: Strategist level 60-70 (therefor rate between 70 and 90 EUR)
Duration: 8 weeks (starting mid June)
