Description:
- Co-create Facilitation for Design Thinking projects
- Planning and designing workshop activities, providing facilitation support, and synthesizing results in order to enable innovation
- Proficiency in design thinking tools and methods including facilitation of strategic workshops
- Experience in leading design-thinking implementation throughout (corporate) organizations
- Ability to collaborate with executives across business areas and or customer contexts
- Experience in teaching, mentoring and/or coaching around design thinking tools and methodologies
- Project Management skills
