Duration Assignment: 6 months (with possible extension and/or Philips transfer in time)

Budget range: €3.600 - 4.900 per month

In this assignment,
Being ISTQB Foundation certified is (or equivalent) is an absolute must as well having good communication skills as the team is very diverse and you will have contact with a lot of Philips businesses.
You need to be hands on to testing, troubleshooting, and figure out what the problem is. It is not a typical R&D environment as you work in a team that is responsible of 80-100 projects a year, you have to like switching to a different project (product) a lot.

You will be responsible for:
Performs software testing (automated or manual).Documents test plans, protocols, and reports.
Automates tests.
Leads test activities in interoperability verification projects in the IOCC.
Provides test expertise to define and drive software test strategies and initiatives for interoperability standards verification.
Coaches other team members on software testing, standards and related to standards clinical workflows.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical profession
ISTQB Foundation certified
Up to date knowledge of software testing
At least 5 year work experience in in software development and/or testing
Strong in test design, testing concepts, test automation, and test execution
Strong troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of medical systems and interoperability standards (e.g. DICOM, IHE, FHIR) would be an advantage
Ability to work in a global team
Customer centric attitude
Good communication (multi-site, cross culture, etc.) and documentation skills

The Interoperability Competence Center (IOCC) team is a partner in enabling interoperable solutions to make information from a system available and usable in any other applicable system. IOCC is a global team that works across 2 sites - Bengaluru, India and Eindhoven, The Netherlands. We partner with Philips product development teams in building interoperable products based on an extensive knowledge & expertise of interoperability standards implemented in Philips products.
We also collaborate with IP&S for IO standardization and governance. Our expertise is in DICOM, FHIR, HL7, IHE, and ILS.
An interoperability test engineer at the IOCC defines and performs tests required to verify conformance to the Interoperability Standards of Philips platforms, systems, and solutions developed by product teams.
