You are responsible for


• Effectively lead and facilitating scrum and scaled agile ceremonies for multiple scrum teams and deliver on our Development Backlog for the ECG Solutions ART.


• Align with other scrum masters within the SAFe release train and across the organization to track PI and sprint commitments.


• Coordinate/manage dependencies and help remove impediments.


• Use of Metrics to Identifying team improvement opportunities and looking externally for best practices to support continuous improvement.


• Ensuring all work is tracked in the backlog for both PI and sprint planning - accurately tracks/balances work across team members.


• Maintaining and updating the team’s process metrics and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear communications to stakeholders.


• Leading and coordinating logistics for Agile ceremonies and practices, e.g., backlog maintenance, DoR/DoD, sprint planning, daily scrum and retrospectives




You are a part of


Ambulatory Monitoring and Diagnostics Heart, R&D organization. As a Scrum Master, you’ll be a part of highly collaborative, cross-functional Scrum teams within the ECG Solutions group. You will help enable teams in their continued journey through SAFe, to think creatively, take risks and consider the “What if...” scenario all the while ensuring that the squad is fully functional, productive, and focused on sprint and PI goals.



To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following


• Bachelor in relevant technical field. M.S. degree preferred.


• 3+ years’ experience in a scrum master role or similar role.


• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, Azure DevOps.


• Proven track record in driving organizational results through influence.


• Abstract, analytical, and creative problem solver. You drive (out-of-the-box) solutions in complex situations.


• Excellent stakeholder management skillset, with experience delivering across R&D teams.


• People focused, collaborative, team player, with a drive for results.


• Experience in Product/Software Development and Design Controls within in a medically regulated environment is preferred.


• Scrum Master certification required.


• SAFe certifications preferred.
