As a Scrum Master, your primary role is to guide and coach cross-functional team(s) to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. You will work with Product Owners, Developers and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of agile practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will guide the team by implementing scrum practices, removing impediments, promoting self-organization and driving continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for:
Facilitating all Agile team rituals.
Deploying and embedding the Hybrid Model standards from an Agile team perspective into the team.
Working with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized and ready for deployment.
Guiding team(s) to a higher level of scrum maturity, self-organization and accountability.
Leading initiatives to improve (Agile) processes and practices at the team and train level.
Supporting the team and its direct stakeholders to achieve the team goals through coaching and influencing, problem-solving and removing impediments.
Delivering according to PI Planning Event commitments; Iteration predictability and PI predictability as key KPIs.
Monitoring team performance for Iteration and PI planning using quality metrics, team self-assessments, team predictability, and EI solving.
Driving Backlog Management Tool Data quality to maintain a green dashboard from the team perspective.
Driving continuous improvements to enable the team to become high-performing by creating a safe and collaborative team environment.
You are a part of:The ART (Agile Release Train) is responsible for delivering the part of the system backlog related to all motion/robot-related parts of the X-ray system. The ART consists of an open and multi-cultural team working on new product introductions (PDLM) and lifecycle management (LCM). You're the right fit if you have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant R&D working experience.
Minimum of 3+ years of Scrum Master experience in managing hardware scrum teams.
Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
SAFe (Scaled Agile) work experience using Agile Release Trains.
IGT systems experience (preferred).
Quality mindset, with a DFSS / Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt (preferred).
