Scrum Master & Strategic Project Lead

Your challenge

As a Scrum Master & Strategic Project Lead, you will drive early-stage projects and new opportunities in a fast-moving, chaotic environment, bringing structure and clarity. You will play a key role in guiding Agile teams while also ensuring that internal stakeholders and external partners clearly understand and support the project?s vision.

Your ability to communicate effectively, structure uncertainty, and manage public-private collaborations will be essential in shaping impactful solutions in the high school education technology sector.

Your responsibilities

In your role as Scrum Master & Strategic Project Lead, you will be responsible for structuring and driving Agile processes in early-phase projects while also leveraging marketing communication skills to generate support both internally and externally. You will work closely with software development teams, public organizations, and customers to deliver scalable solutions.

Activities / capabilities / attitude:

  • Scrum Master experience with a track record of guiding Agile teams in uncertain and fast-changing environments.

  • Ability to bring structure to chaos, shaping early-stage projects into well-defined solutions.

  • Experience in software development for high school education systems, with an understanding of user needs and industry trends.

  • Strong background in public partnerships and collaboration with organizations, particularly in education and government.

  • Marketing communication expertise, capable of crafting compelling narratives and securing stakeholder buy-in.

  • Knowledge of product design and experience with Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for marketing materials.

  • Skilled in stakeholder management, both internally (team alignment, leadership communication) and externally (public/private partnerships).

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.


Your team

You will be part of Integrated Technology Solutions (ITS), a team within IP&S (Intellectual Property & Standards) at Philips. ITS focuses on licensing out Philips technologies, helping external partners leverage our innovations while ensuring strategic growth for Philips.

As part of this dynamic team, you will work closely with technology experts, business developers, marketers, and legal professionals to bring Philips? cutting-edge solutions to market. Your role will be critical in shaping early-stage projects, structuring Agile development processes, and ensuring that both internal stakeholders and external partners clearly understand and support the vision.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you will engage with public organizations, technology partners, and internal business teams to drive forward innovative opportunities in the education technology space.

We are looking for a Scrum Master & Strategic Project Lead who has:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in early-stage, fast-changing projects.

  • Software development experience in education technology, specifically for high school systems.

  • Experience with public partnerships and organizations, particularly in the education or government sector.

  • Marketing and product design knowledge, with the ability to create persuasive communication strategies.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

  • Demonstrated ability to structure and organize chaotic environments into actionable solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders.
