Project support officer

Project Support officer Plays a crucial role in ensuring execution excellence of the Mother&Child Care and Womens health innovation programs. Acts as key user for various project management tools, executing account creation and providing expert support to project teams. Executes project initiation and milestone / gate passing in project management tools, ensuring compliance with applicable project management procedures. Reports and performs data analysis for relevant project and program management KPIs, in the areas of data quality, process compliance, project performance and financial performance. Executes reporting and analysis tasks supporting F&A in areas of financial performance, WBSO and IFA/SOX compliance. Project support officer leads the launch projects connected to the ongoing innovation programs.
This role will take responsibility of the Smart parenting sub business programs.

Key areas of responsibility:
- Project and program management process:
Initiate and maintain project definition in project and program management systems Pass milestones and gates, ensuring compliance to project management processes Data management in project and program management systems (Clarity, Accolade, Planisware
Lead the selected Launch projects to achieve on time and on quality delivery to the market, ensuring applicable stakeholder management in BU- and Region-organizations.
Manage launch project portfolio related to running program.
Lead work packages delegated by Integral Project Lead, focus on software and digital topics. Ambassador / key user role for Accolade (launch projects), deployment of changes Support project and program managers in use of project management systems KPI reporting and data analysis of R&D KPIs
- Procure to Pay process:
Data management in SAP and Ariba
Key User role for PH R&D Netherlands.
Align process and tooling improvements with central team
Deploy changes by providing guidance documents and training
Support issue resolution in PO creation, follow up, invoicing and closure
- F&A support:
Preparing and facilitating of Month End Closure and Resource Management meeting
Baselining of handshakes after Month End Closure and Resource Management meeting
Data inputs to and analysis of financial KPIs
Business Intelligence deep dive and facilitating improvements (tools like QlikView, Power BI)
Preparation of IFA/SOX reports on financial compliance
Support and preparation of WBSO project documentation.
Prepare R&D Forecast for submission
Monitor and follow up time writing discipline
Support project leads with bottom up planning with respect to tool usage and accrual process.
Act as key user for planning tool
- General:
Act as knowledge owner and Ambassador of selected Project management methods (like Agile).
Generate proposals for and implement improvements in IT systems, way of working and reporting to achieve LEAN operational excellence.
Understand the planning and reporting processes and pro-actively make sure required improvements are communicated to central teams.
Provide mockup data, visuals to underpin the need in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.

Your profile:
Education: HBO Bachelor degree in business administration, business analytics or comparable
Experience: 2-3 years experience in providing project and/or program support and related data management, including financial and procurement aspects.
Experience on project management in product development. Especially experience with Digital innovations is preference.
Experience on global stakeholder management and understanding of local cultures.
Plus, the experience with Development teams in China.

Knowledge of and affinity with data management and workflow systems and advanced excel skills

Fluent in English mandatory and Mandarin plus
