Capsule Technologies was acquired by Philips in March 2021. As a part of Post-Merger Integration (PMI), a project is being initiated to deploy I2M Excellence Process and tools (Namely PDLM, Windchill, Clarity, Planisware) 

In this role, you have the opportunity to work on the Post Merger Intergation of Capsule Technologies into Philips. You will work with Capsule Technologies (Clinical Data Services Business of Philips) in their transformation journey to move towards Philips Idea2Market Process and Tooling deployment.

You are part of the Capsule Integration Team reporting lines to the R&D Integration Leader for Capsule integration and dotted line reporting to the Program Manager of Capsule (Philips CDS business).

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience/requirements:
 

  • 2-3 years of experience in deploying Windchill PLM
  • Knowledge of Philips QMS (in particular PDLM) will be preferred
  • Good Project Management skills
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written communication
  • Ability to present accurate information in succinctly in a compelling manner for a specific project
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully establish and maintain strong working relationships and consensus with all stakeholders not limited to R&D
  • Excellent facilitation, team leadership, problem-solving skills are essential
  • Knowledge in developing Gantt charts/project plans
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Autonomous, team player, have strong organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects effectively
  • Endorse the sharing of information; cultivate cooperation and understanding for differing views and perspectives
  • Ability to follow and propose/provide improvement to the development process from the Quality Management System in place
