The PMO RAID lead;

  • Manages program RAID process, log and tooling
  • Ensures that all workstream owners keep their respective RAID records up to date and all agreed actions are being executed on a timely manner
  • Ensures all risk, issues, dependencies and escalations are centrally managed for the IT Delivery scope
  • Ensures each RAID item is processed with dedicated workflow assuring proper ownership and management of the item (eg. securing that escalation does not skip agreed governance levels)
  • Assures each RAID item is prioritised to clearly communicate impact on an objective
  • Manages and tracks cross stream dependencies process, log and reporting
  • Works with all workstream leaders to define and update (on a weekly basis) a list of all the upcoming dependencies that will be required to be achieved by any of programme parties to keep delivery on schedule
  • Ensures weekly dependency report is available on workstream as well as on programme level
  • Manages the escalation process for missing key dependencies

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Knowledge of and certification in Project Management/PMI
  • Practical knowledge in using Microsoft Project or similar planning tool
  • Professional knowledge of project management methods, and estimation techniques (resources, time and risks) for the meaningful technical/ functional discipline
  • Proven track record in delivering complex, large scale, multi-year programs, preferably at global level in SAP based Programmes.
  • Understand what critical metrics they are driving.
  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree at minimum with ? 10 years of related experience;
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, Applications delivery and deployment
  • Having experience (vs. academic knowledge) and know-how on what good AND what bad can look like.
  • Problem solving capability, critical thinking
  • Soft skills like people management, team management (Ability to guide MT team)
  • Strong presentation skills and eloquence
  • Be able to stop, reflect and change the course or push back on us when necessary
