Roles and responsibilities:

• "1.   Manage and support efficient operation and development of process of VMware cloud on AWS
• 2.   Implement Upgrade migrate VMware based infrastructure and workloads.
• 3.   Configure AWS based accounts and services
• 4.   Troubleshooting and resolving of complex application and infrastructure issues
• 5.   Work with relevant stake holders in fixing the issues and if required perform RCA. 
• 6.   Ensure maintenance of the infrastructure with zero downtime.
• 7.   Work on handling and maintaining the Disaster Recovery processes.
• 8.   Installing operating systems and service packs, as well as security patches and bug fixes.
• 9.   Providing technical support and documenting VMware processes
• 10.  Able to interact with cross teams and able to resolve the issue reported to closure
• 11.   Metrics reporting on ticket inflow, resolution time etc.
• 12.   Identifying the ticket inflow trend and coming up with proactive measures
• 13.   Able to Enhance customer experience through operational efficiencies and innovations
• 14.   Develop good relationship with customers and understand the area of improvements
• 15.   Should be adoptable i.e., willing to work in shifts 
• 16.   Quick Learner and adapt to changes"
