Job Description
Responsibility & Key Result Areas 

• Manages technical communication with stakeholders
• Must be an experienced full stack developer, with strong Java, RDS and UI experience
• Implements the detailed design for Micro services in a standard and efficient way
• Implements the detailed design for UI workflow in a standard and efficient way
• Unit tests the components developed and reviews other?s implementation
• Be able to proactively identify, analyze and resolve complex issues earlier in the development cycle
• Must be hands-on and participate in development of applications
• Supports in project estimation, planning and risk management activities
• Supports the verification and validation team by resolving the issues / defects in a timely manner
   

Role Competency & Personal Characteristics

• 5+ years of experience in Software development life cycle, with a minimum of 3 years as a full stack developer
• Proven experience building cloud native systems and architectures (microservices, REST, event driven services)
• Solid experience in Java and MicroService design and development
• Good knowledge working with API Integration, and Restful Services
• Experience in database design on relational systems like Postgres/MySQL
• Experience in JavaScript UI frameworks like Angular, React single-spa apps, Bootstrap / Responsive design concept, etc
• Exposure to cloud deployment models and tools (dockers, Kubernetes etc.) will be a definite plus
• Good understanding and Exposure to HealthSuite Platforms and services will be a definite plus
• Good understanding and Exposure to Data Processing & Building analytics pipelines experience will be a definite plus
• Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
• Strong desire to learn and work across technology stacks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface in a cross-disciplinary manner, including engineers, product managers, and clinical specialists
• Self-motivated individual with good organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with medical devices and/or working in a regulated environment a plus
