Role: Norm Compliance Officer

Contract: Via Randstad Company

Duration: 1 year (High possibility of extension/conversion to PHILIPS payroll)

Role Overview:

As a Norm Compliance Officer, you will be contributing to the compliance activities and deliverables for IGT systems. You will ensure that products meet all relevant international and national regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define applicable standards and regulations for product development.

• Develop and implement the Standards and Compliance plan, outlining how required standards and regulations will be demonstrated through evidence.

• Create and manage project deliverables related to Norm Compliance responsibilities.

• Ensure all legal requirements are met by reviewing relevant project documentation.

• Support design and testing teams in interpreting and applying standards and regulations to the technical design of IGT products.

• Arrange and compile all necessary evidence for product certification by independent certifying agencies.

• Provide technical support to the Regulatory Affairs department in preparation for regulatory submissions.

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, health sciences, or related regulatory affairs, law, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance roles within regulated industries (e.g., Automobile, aerospace, defense, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related sectors). Experience with FDA, EMA, ISO, and other international regulatory bodies is highly preferred.

• At least 3-5 years in Software and/or hardware Testing/Engineering or experience in similar roles within a complex environment
