The IT Delivery PMO;

  • Manages the cadence and lead preparation for the various IT delivery streams in close partnership with the PMO, IT Delivery Leads and the System Integrator
  • Ensures delivery of the IT streams to the agreed scope to be deployed across Markets, Functions and Businesses
  • Drives and ensures the IT streams deliver agreed scope (& deliverables) on time and cost with appropriate quality
  • Ensures clarity and transparency in reporting of the delivery progress for agreed scope
  • Ensure all risk, issues and escalations are managed for the IT Delivery scope
  • Is responsible for the PMO activities for the technical delivery of all Applications, Integrations, Testing, Data and Infrastructure and Networks technical build scope 
  • Manages cross stream dependencies
  • Updates or ensures that the various project deliverables for the streams are communicated and updated
  • Manages IT Delivery Workstreams meeting actions and follow-ups pro-actively.
     

You are a part of the Domestic Appliances PMO:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Knowledge of and certification in Project Management/PMI
  • Professional knowledge of project management methods, and estimation techniques (resources, time and risks) for the meaningful technical/ functional discipline
  • Proven track record in delivering complex, large scale, multi-year programs, preferably at global level in SAP based Programmes.
  • Understand what critical metrics they are driving.
  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree at minimum with ? 10 years of related experience;
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, End User Compute and Applications
  • Having experience (vs. academic knowledge) and know-how on what good AND what bad can look like.
  • Problem solving capability, critical thinking
  • Soft skills like people management, team management (Ability to guide MT team
  • Strong presentation skills and eloquence
  • Be able to stop, reflect and change the course or push back on us when necessary
