WHAT.
The project team is currently building a new Intranet on Microsoft Modern SharePoint. Leveraging out of the box functionalities as much as possible we aim to build a robust, future proof and easy to use Intranet. Starting Q2 the project team will start the transition of the content from the old to the new intranet. The project team will implement new templates, guidelines and training materials. There are around 250 editors responsible for transitioning their content from the current intranet (build in Microsoft Classic SharePoint) to the new intranet (Microsoft Modern SharePoint).For this transition we are looking for support from an enthusiastic content manager who is keen on assisting both the project and the editors with transitioning the content. Activities could range from working on training materials, prepare working documents, building content pages, onboard new editors and support editors with their questions about the new intranet.

Availability
This will be a FT (40 hours a week) role for Q2 and Q3 2022. When possible, we will work in the Philips headquarters (located in Amsterdam) at least 2 days a week. The ideal candidate should be available to have (occasional) calls with stakeholders located in different time zones.

Key tasks
- First line of support for content editors during the transition period
Assist content editors in transitioning their Intranet content. This ranges from creating working documents to hands on assistance building intranet pages.
- Assist in training session for content editors (led by Intranet product owner and Channels lead)Work closely together with the Intranet product owner and Channels lead on specifications, feedback or needs from the content editors.
- Pro-actively come up with suggestions for improvements and streamline the transition process.
- Considering the nature of this role this person needs to feel confident in (international) stakeholder management and able to lead people to the new way of working.

Key skills
- Has worked in an international work environment.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. E
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimal 2 years experience with online and content management (CMS)

- Minimal 2 years experience in content creation and publishing.

 - Ideally worked on a transition or change management project.
- Comfortable liaising at all levels of the organization.
- True cross-functional collaborator ensuring end goal is beneficial for all teams involved.
- Experience in Microsoft Modern SharePoint has a preference.
