Description:

As a Scrum Master, your primary role is to facilitate and support the hardware Agile team in implementing Scrum practices, removing impediments, promoting self-organization, and driving continuous improvements to enable the team to become a high-performing team.


The Role:

You will embed agile principles and practices within the team, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective delivery of hardware projects. By working closely with team members and stakeholders, you will create an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Model Implementation: Deploy and embed Hybrid Model standards within the team, ensuring adherence and understanding.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Promote agile practices by sharing knowledge and addressing issues directly within the team.

  • Process Authority: Act as the lean/agile process authority for the Scrum team and its stakeholders.

  • Team Empowerment: Safeguard the team’s ability to self-organize, make decisions, and take ownership of deliverables.

  • Coaching and Support: Support and coach the team to achieve goals by identifying and removing impediments.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track team performance using KPIs like Iteration Predictability and PI Predictability.

  • Facilitation: Organize and facilitate all Agile team rituals, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Backlog Management: Drive data quality in the Backlog Management Tool, ensuring dashboard accuracy and consistency.

  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback and iterative process enhancements.



Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

  • Experience: At least 8 years of relevant R&D experience, with proven Scrum Master or Project Management experience in hardware teams.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile Release Trains, hardware development processes, and related tools.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Preferred: Experience with IGT systems and a background in DFSS/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.

Additional Information:

  • Hybrid Work: Minimum 3-4 days per week onsite in Eindhoven.
