Front-End Software Developer | Innovation Department of IGT Systems

Location: Best, Netherlands

Duration Assignment: 12 months (with possible extension)

Contract: via a Randstad company

Hours/week: 40

Monthly Salary: €3,800 - €5,350

We're seeking a talented Front-End Software Developer with innovation expertise to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing meaningful innovations for minimally invasive procedures. Working in a small and skilled multidisciplinary team, you will define new solutions for clinical challenges and have the chance to shape the future of clinical interventions and improve patients' lives.

Your role:

  • Support in creating new UI concepts and prototypes for future Azurion ranges, allowing demonstration of different workflows.

  • Build new interaction elements that do not yet exist in the Philips UI toolkits.

  • Convert Figma designs to clickable, reusable components.

  • Create React UIs that are connectable to a backend.



You're the right fit if you have:

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in (React-based) UI development.

  • Experience in using JavaScript and React for front-end development.

  • Experience in creating Philips DLS/Filament-based designs.

  • Experience in image processing, computer vision, and/or artificial intelligence (a plus).

  • Experience in the clinical domain, particularly minimally invasive treatment (a plus).

  • An innovator's mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong business acumen.

  • A team player attitude with the ability to work independently.



Additional details:

  • Minimum of 4 days at the office required.

  • Two interview rounds – technical skill test and interview with the hiring manager and other department manager.
